First produced in 2000 as a way of bringing the world to appreciate the Tuscany white grape of Trebbiano, the wine has continued on the same journey of severe selection, green harvest which is the hallmark of Capezzana wines over the years. In a little under two decades becoming the perfect white to complement an illustrious portfolio of reds. Aged in about 7 months in tonneaux and then a further 6 months in the bottle, this wine acquires elegant secondary aromas and lends itself to long aging.
